Booking Policy

When you book to stay at Dovecote, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Booking Policy, website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in penalty fees charged to the credit card on file. 

Important Information

All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.

Booking for 8 guests maximum in The Headland and 4 guests maximum in The Range, strictly.

No party policy, strictly.

No weddings of any size, strictly. 

Children are of course welcome.

No pets.

No smoking.

The property is not to be used for any commercial reasons unless given written permission from our manager.  This includes but not limited to: brand and product photo/video shoots, personal or brand promotion material of any kind.

No large items are to be delivered to Dovecote without written permission from our manager. 
 
No items are to be delivered to Dovecote before 3pm on your check-in day. 

Minimum Stays

2 night minimum stay midweek
 
3 night minimum stay weekends
 
4 night minimum stay school holidays

GST

Tariffs include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

For reservations between 15 December and 15 January: Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee for each night cancelled. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee for each night cancelled.

Dovecote reserves the right to cancel any bookings outside of 30 days of the arrival date. A full refund will be paid on the day of cancellation.

Additional Charges

In the event that the accommodation or facilities are left in an unsatisfactory condition an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
 
In the event that linen and towels are damaged, the total cost of replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.
 
In the event that the property or its contents are damaged a fee to cover the replacement of items will be charged to the credit card on file.
