Booking Policy
By booking a stay at Dovecote, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Booking Policy, website Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. Failure to comply with these policies will result in additional fees charged to the Primary Guest. A Security Bond may also be requested at any time during the booking process at our discretion.
Important Information
Reservations: All reservation requests are subject to final confirmation and are not guaranteed.
Guest Limits: Maximum of 8 guests for The Headland and 4 guests for The Range.
Parking Capacity: 4 cars at The Headland and 2 cars at The Range
No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited.
No Weddings: Weddings of any size are strictly prohibited.
Children: Children are welcome.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise approved.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited.
Commercial Use: The property cannot be used for commercial purposes without written permission from the business director. This includes but is not limited to brand and product photo/video shoots, and personal or brand promotion material.
Deliveries: Large item deliveries to Dovecote require written permission from our team.
Minimum Stay
2-night minimum stay. Single-night accommodations are not available.
GST
Tariffs include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Payment Policy
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required to secure your reservation.
Balance: The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival.
Security Bond: A Security Bond may be requested at our discretion at the following rates:
The Dovecote Property (Incl. both Homes): $2,000
The Headland Property: $1,500
The Range Property: $1,000
Cancellation Policy
Within 30 Days: 50% of the total booking cost forfeited.
Within 14 Days: 100% of the total booking cost forfeited.
Holiday Period (15 December to 15 January):
Cancellations within 60 days: 50% cancellation fee per night.
Cancellations within 30 days: 100% cancellation fee per night.
Right to Cancel: Dovecote reserves the right to cancel bookings outside of 30 days from the arrival date, with a full refund provided on the day of cancellation.
Additional Charges
Cleaning Fee: Additional charges apply if the accommodation or facilities are left in an unsatisfactory condition, payable by the Primary Guest via Invoice or deduction from the security bond.
Damaged Linen and Towels: Replacement costs for damaged linen and towels are payable by the Primary Guest via Invoice or deduction from the security bond.
Property Damage: Costs for replacing damaged property or contents are payable by the Primary Guest via Invoice or deduction from the security bond.
Parking Capacity: 4 cars at The Headland and 2 cars at The Range.
Any additional cars beyond the capacity of 6 will require additional parking at a cost of $1000 per day, subject to our neighbour’s approval.
