With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including two ensuite, and an expansive living wing with separate rumpus room, there’s plenty of room to gather with your family and friends, or the option to retreat to your own private space.
The fully appointed kitchen, large communal dining table, and generous sitting area are all designed to relax and take in the views out over the infinite ocean.
On the rare occasion that you are fortunate enough to witness natures elements coming alive, the storm-watching lounge, complete with an ergofocus fireplace, welcomes you to view the spectacular show in style and comfort.
Open up the large glass sliding doors and step out from the living and sleeping wings into the enclosed private courtyard. Lush green lawn, open fire-pit and heated swimming pool allows you to experience this property inside and out.
Private access to the lagoon, Werri Beach and the coastal walk is just a short stroll down the hill.

Headland House offers an expansive indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Large sliding doors disappear to let the action flow from inside to out. There are multiple lounge and relaxation areas, all with designer furniture and luxury accessories. The ‘storm watching’ lounge with Gyrofocus fireplace is the place for an intimate evening, while the outdoor fire-pit offers something for the whole team. A separate rumpus room with TV provides a family snug and space for the little ones. Headland House’s fully appointed kitchen makes catering a breeze. Double ovens, double dishwasher, separate wine and beer fridges, Nespresso machine and plenty of bench space make for a cook’s dream. Or, take a break and have a local chef prepare a delicious meal from local ingredients for you.
Outside, the private courtyard has a full outdoor table set, lawn, and firepit with stone bench seating. The spacious swimming pool with loungers, water feature and textural stone is the ideal spot for long summer days. The living space features a dramatic cantilevered balcony that captures views of North Werri headland and the beach. In the master suite, a private cantilevered balcony frames the mountains and is perfect for intimate sunset drinks.
Relax and Refresh
The private master room and private balcony with ensuite is a couple’s retreat. All bathrooms offer style and comfort with rain showers, deluxe free-standing baths in the master and common bathrooms and heated towel rails. Outside, the swimming pool area provides loungers, in-pool seating and water feature for those long summer days. Multiple lounge areas and fireplaces mean there’s space for everyone.
Dovecote is yours for the duration of your stay. Explore the property, seek out hidden rock pools and swimming holes, walk the pastures, and meet the dairy cows. For the surfers and swimmers, Werri Beach is a short walk down the hill, while nearby Werri Lagoon is a stand-up paddleboard adventure waiting to happen. Climb the hill at sunrise and experience panoramic views from the mountains down to the ocean. The glass ‘link’ between the living and bedroom wings opens right up to connect the courtyard to the world. The Residence features a full laundry with separate shower room – bring your swimmers!
