Booking / Payment Policy
All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
Booking for 8 guests maximum in The Headland and 4 guests maximum in The Range, strictly.
No party policy, strictly.
Children are of course welcome.
The properties are not to be used for any commercial reasons unless written permission is given by our manager. This includes but not limited to; brand and product photo/video shoots and self or brand promoting material of any kind.
The Headland: 2 nights
The Range: 2 nights
Tariff includes the Australia Goods and Services Tax of 10%
A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
For reservations between 15 December and 15 January: Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee for each night cancelled. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee for each night cancelled.
Dovecote reserves the right to cancel any bookings outside of 30 days of the arrival date. A full refund will be paid on the day of cancellation.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to implement sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements.
Dovecote may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of our website will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using our website immediately.

Dovecote regards the issue of protecting your privacy online very seriously. We carefully protect your Personal Information (PI) from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under the conditions explained below. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled cloud based servers with limited access.
To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, Dovecote collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. We do not track individuals’ use of the site.
